A Well-Rested Workforce: Management’s New Initiative

It’s Monday. Start your week with a memo from office of the HR...

Dear team

Management has heard your pleas and, because management is always ready to cater for the needs of staff and make any changes required to increase morale and productivity, management has relaxed the No-Nap rule. Napping will now be permitted in office. However, please note the following:

Napping shall take place only in designated nap areas, which include:

  • Parking Lot, in the back seat of Alex’s Noah or Jane’s Legrande.
  • Broom Closet.
  • Office of the company next door (Ask for permission from them first).

Staff shall be entitled an hour a week nap time, and your supervisor will be responsible for waking you up should you go over the limit.

Please apply to HR for your nap time-sheets, and remember to hand them in by Friday 4:30pm.

Endeavour to cooperate.
